This site has been created as an online focal point for surfmat riders. Formerly UK Mat Surfers we figured it was time to update the name to MatSurfers.com to reflect our global community.

For those who are new to these amazing craft, we have put up a section all about mats which will hopefully give some insight into surfmats, why we ride them, advice on which swim fins are best suited to mat surfing, as well as some technical tips on riding and mat maintenance, but if all that falls short then please get in touch and we’ll do our best to answer any questions.

Visit our online store to get your hands on Surfmats, mini-mats an DaFin finsavers.

UK and International shipping are available.

Mats tend to sell out within hours so be sure to sign up for our mailing list to get notifications when they come in and don't hang about... Buy 'em quick!

The Media section of the site features a range of surfmat articles and video.

We are more always looking for new (or old) content so please get in touch.

We are more than happy to consider original articles for publication.

We are immensely proud to present Here & Now. California's Ken McKnight interviews notable mat surfers and others around the globe who have contributed to mat surfing.

As the name suggests, the focus is towards what is happening now and where mat surfing is going.

The UK Mat Surfers Community is the place to get together with other mat surfers. Check out our Social Media accounts. Arrange hookups, and talk about your adventures on the Facebook Group, read blog articles and join in the discussion or perhaps write your own story.

The old UKMS Forum is still there to be viewed and is packed full of helpful information.

You can even sell your stuff by sending us an ad to post on the blog and we'll share it to our Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Twitter and Instagram!

We use Disqus as a chat medium on the site so logging on and getting going is hassle free!

UK Mat Surfers are on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube so be sure to follow us via the icons at the bottom of the page.

We are keen to document as much of the British Isles Surfmat scene as possible so please get in touch and send us your videos and photo's for us to share.
