The G-Mat "AirPlane" is a mini-surfmat created to combine the experience of mat surfing with bodysurfing. These mats are made in exactly the same way as full size G-Mats, with each mat being hand built by Graeme Webster in his workshop on the Devon/Cornwall border. The AirPlane has been tested in small, fun surf to solid wedges and has proven itself to be very fast and responsive. With a little practice you can lower the inflation to really maximise that mat glide.

These are so much fun giving a new experience to both matters and bodysurfers alike. 

• 200 denier nylon deck and 70 denier internal structures and bottom skin.

• Light application of Puraflex 40 deck grip.

• Concave and flat rocker to maximize down the line speed.

• Un-Modified Boston Valve with the membrane left in which allows for sensitive inflation control. This mini-mat fills up with about 3 breaths! 2 large breaths are usually just right for optimal inflation.
